Inventory Control Associate (Abaco)

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate to fill the above position for SMG Construction – Abaco, located in Guana Cay, Abaco.

Duties:

  • Perform data entry and maintain various records in the Inventory App, such as invoices, purchase orders and inventory reports.
  • Maintain precise Inventory Records, participate in inventory checks, and perform regular audits to ensure stock levels match computer records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records, reporting findings to Management.
  • Track stock levels, coordinate with suppliers and vendors, and prepare orders for replenishing inventory.
  • Assist with material and product distribution to sites.
  • Assist with organizing inventory, ensure proper storage and handling of material.
  • In conjunction with the Accounts Department process payments and reconcile accounts, when required.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum Two (2) years experience in Inventory, a plus.
  • High School Diploma

Accounts Administrator

Duties:

    • Process supplier and subcontractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding to jobs and cost codes.
    • Match invoices to purchase orders, delivery notes, and other receipts.
